CCI Central Call Center Personal Data Protection Privacy Notice
This Information Notice has been prepared in order to inform you about your personal data processed by Coca-Cola İçecek A.Ş. and/or Coca-Cola Satış ve Dağıtım A.Ş. (both referred to as “our Company”), acting as data controller, in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”).
Our Company shows the utmost care to ensure the security of your personal data in line with applicable legislation and universal principles, in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, and transparency. Your personal data is processed lawfully and in line with the principles set forth under Article 4 of the Law.
Your Processed Personal Data, Processing Purposes and Legal Basis

All of the above-mentioned personal data is processed for the following purposes:
execution of call center services,
receiving, evaluating, and resolving requests, complaints, and suggestions,
managing customer relations and communication processes,
improving and monitoring service quality,
fulfilling legal processes and obligations arising from legislation,
providing information to authorized people, institutions, and organizations.
Your personal data is processed based on the following legal grounds: being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract; fulfillment of the data controller’s legal obligations; and being mandatory for the legitimate interests of our Company, provided that such processing does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.
Method of Collecting Your Personal Data
Your personal data is collected through phone calls made via the call center, audio recording systems, and electronic communication channels, by automated or partially automated methods.
Parties to Whom Your Personal Data is Transferred and Purposes of Transfer
Domestic Transfer:
Your personal data is transferred to:
- suppliers from whom we receive call center services for the purpose of carrying out call center operations,
- authorized public institutions and organizations for the fulfillment of our obligations arising from legislation,
- third parties providing legal, financial, and consultancy services for the execution of legal and administrative processes,
- relevant authorities, where necessary, in order to (i) comply with administrative requests, court decisions, or legal obligations; (ii) defend our Company against claims or demands of third parties; and (iii) support the fight against fraud or investigations.
Transfer Abroad:
Within the scope of call center activities, call center voice recordings are not transferred abroad by our Company.
Your personal data is transferred to software and cloud service providers located abroad for the purpose of storing call recording requests and providing system infrastructure.
During such transfers, methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (“Board”) are applied, and processes such as standard contractual clauses, binding corporate rules, or Board-approved data transfer protocols are implemented.
Your Rights Regarding the Protection of Your Personal Data
You may submit your requests regarding your personal data processed by our Company within the scope of Article 11 of the Law by applying in accordance with the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for the Request to the Data Controller. Your applications may be submitted in writing to the Human Resources Department at our Company’s address (Dudullu OSB Mah. Deniz Feneri Sok. No: 4 Ümraniye, İstanbul), or electronically via registered e-mail (KEP), secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or by using the e-mail address previously notified to our Company and registered in our systems, to the following addresses: cocacolaicecek@hs03.kep.tr for Coca-Cola İçecek A.Ş. and cocacolasatisvedagitim@hs03.kep.tr for Coca-Cola Satış ve Dağıtım A.Ş.
