August 10, 2026, Istanbul – Coca-Cola İçecek (CCI) sustained its resilient and balanced growth momentum in the second quarter of 2026, despite geopolitical tensions and macroeconomic uncertainty across its operating countries. Consolidated sales volume increased by 9.8% year-on-year to 519 million unit cases. Contributions from Pakistan and Central Asia operations offset the subdued volume trend in Türkiye, while disciplined revenue growth management, continued portfolio mix improvement and cost discipline supported notable margin expansion.

Net sales revenue increased by 5.7% year-on-year to TL 67.2 billion, while excluding the impact of inflation accounting, net sales revenue grew by 40.7% year-on-year to TL 69.2 billion. In Türkiye, net sales revenue excluding inflation accounting increased by 28.0% to TL 25.7 billion. This performance was supported by effective revenue growth management initiatives, disciplined pricing aimed at maintaining affordability and successful marketplace execution.

Gross margin improved on a consolidated basis across both Türkiye and international operations. Excluding TAS 29, consolidated gross margin increased to 39.5%.

Commenting on the results, Ahmet Kürşad Ertin, CEO of Coca-Cola İçecek, said:

"Our second quarter results once again demonstrated the resilience of our business model and the strength of our diversified geographic footprint. Despite continued macroeconomic and geopolitical volatility across several of our countries, including disruptions due to the ongoing war in the region, we delivered resilient consolidated results in the first half of 2026, supported by balanced contributions from our operations. Our international operations continued to be the key growth engine, with particular contributions from Pakistan and Central Asia more than offsetting the subdued volume trend in Türkiye. We are pleased to have delivered on our Quality Growth Strategy, turning robust volume growth into value creation across the P&L and converting that value into strong cash generation."

International operations served as the main growth engine

Sales volume in international operations increased by 15.4% year-on-year in the second quarter, increasing their share of consolidated sales volume to 69.4%. Pakistan was the key growth driver during the quarter, supported by a more competitive market positioning, strong commercial execution and successful product launches. Pakistan (+17.0%), Uzbekistan (+21.1%) and Kazakhstan (+12.7%) delivered robust growth performances, while Iraq achieved 1.1% volume growth despite ongoing geopolitical tensions across the region.

Strengthening our position through strategic investments

Sharing his outlook for the coming period, Ahmet Kürşad Ertin stated, "We will remain focused on maintaining our operational performance and driving growth through disciplined revenue growth management, sustained investments in our brands and route-to-market capabilities, while prioritizing the increase of per capita consumption across our geographies and continuing to balance affordability, sustainable volume growth, profitability and cash generation."
