
Coca-Cola İçecek Publishes 2024 Integrated Annual Report with the Theme “Resilience in Action”
22.08.2025Coca-Cola İçecek (CCI)’s fifth Integrated Annual Report is now available in four languages -Turkish, English, Arabic and Russian- covering its financial results, sustainability performance, and long-term growth strategies for the year 2024. CCI also released its first TSRS-compliant Sustainability Report, disclosing how material climate risks impact its business and how these are embedded into its strategy, risk management, and governance.
22 Ağustos 2025, İstanbul - Coca-Cola İçecek (CCI), 2024 yılına ilişkin finansal ve finansal olmayan performansını, çevresel ve sosyal sürdürülebilirlik alanındaki taahhütlerini ve uzun vadeli büyüme stratejilerini kapsayan 2024 Entegre Faaliyet Raporu’nu yayımladı. Coca-Cola İçecek’in uzun vadeli değer yaratma vizyonu doğrultusunda “İşimizde Dayanıklıyız” temasıyla hazırlanan rapor, şirketin zorlu ekonomik ve jeopolitik koşullara rağmen gösterdiği dirençli duruşu ve sürdürülebilirlik yolculuğunda kaydettiği somut ilerlemeleri ortaya koydu. CCI’ın bu yıl beşinci kez yayımladığı entegre rapor, ilk kez sosyal performans göstergeleri ve sürdürülebilirlik taahhütleri için bağımsız dış güvence aldı. Rapor, Türkçe, İngilizce, Arapça ve Rusça olmak üzere dört dilde yayımlandı. CCI bu yıl, entegre faaliyet raporundan ayrı olarak; öncelikli iklim risklerinin iş modeli ve değer zinciri üzerindeki etkilerini, bu risklere nasıl yanıt verdiğini ve risklerin iş stratejisi, risk yönetimi ve yönetişim yapısıyla entegrasyonunu kamuya açık ve karşılaştırılabilir biçimde ortaya koyan ilk TSRS uyumlu sürdürülebilirlik raporunu da yayımladı.
Istanbul, August 22, 2025 –Coca-Cola İçecek (CCI) has released its fifth Integrated Annual Report, covering its financial results, sustainability performance, and long-term growth strategies for the year 2024. Centered around the theme “Resilience in Action,” the report highlights CCI’s strong performance and tangible progress on its sustainability journey, despite ongoing economic and geopolitical challenges. This fifth edition of CCI’s integrated annual report received independent external assurance for its social performance indicators and sustainability commitments, for the first time. It is published in four languages including Turkish, English, Arabic, and Russian. This year, in addition to its Integrated Annual Report, CCI also published its first TSRS-compliant sustainability report, which publicly and comparably discloses the impacts of material climate risks on its business model and value chain, responses to these risks, and how they are integrated into our business strategy, risk management, and governance structure.

CCI expanded geographically and operationally in 2024
The financial and operational data published in the report highlights CCI’s continued long-term growth strategy with TRY 12.5 billion in investments across the 12 countries in its operating geography in 2024. CCI entered the Bangladesh market and opened new plants in Samarkand, Uzbekistan and Shymkent, Kazakhstan. With the investment ahead of demand strategy, the company inaugurated its new state-of-the-art plant in Ismayilli, Azerbaijan in May 2025, and recently began production at its plant in Baghdad, Iraq. These additions have brought the total number of factories to 35 across its geographies.
1.582 million liters of water replenished back to nature
In 2024, CCI established its Sustainability Committee, elevating sustainability to the Board of Directors level and making significant progress toward its 2030 Sustainability Commitments. The company achieved its target for the use of rPET (recycled pet) in packaging and reduced approximately 900 tons of material through lightweight packaging initiatives. In Türkiye, CCI launched a pilot collection project to support the circular economy and eliminated the need for cardboard separators by adopting nano-stretch technology. While 1.582 million liters of water were returned back to nature through the ongoing water replenishment projects in Bursa and Çorlu, new water replenishment initiatives were also launched in Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Kazakhstan. Additionally, wastewater treatment facilities became operational in Çorlu and Mersin.
Solar energy investments initiated across CCI plants
CCI also took concrete steps to improve energy efficiency and reduce its carbon footprint. In 2024, the company added its first electric truck to its fleet in Türkiye, reducing per-kilometer carbon emissions by 25% compared to diesel trucks. Emissions per cooler were also reduced by 19% compared to 2023. In line with its goal to operate all plants with 100% renewable energy and transition to carbon-neutral production, CCI began investing in solar energy at its Tashkent, Urgench, and Samarkand plants in Uzbekistan. The company’s headquarters received the “Green Office Diploma” from WWF-Türkiye, while Elazığ plant was awarded the “LEED Platinum” certification.
2024 targets achieved for women hiring and leadership roles
CCI continued to advance its efforts in gender equality and inclusion in 2024. The company renewed its Equal Pay Certification and was recognized as a “Top Employer” by the Top Employers Institute. The women hiring ratio reached 28%, and the women ratio in managerial roles increased to 29%, meeting 2024 targets. As part of the “Proud Hundreds Program,” launched in honor of the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Türkiye, CCI supported over 400 girls and women in collaboration with the Anadolu Foundation and the Turkish Education Foundation. In line with its human rights–focused approach, the company expanded Supplier Guiding Principles (SGP) audits across its supply chain, while the number of suppliers participating in the EcoVadis assessment increased by 104%.
