Every year we sell more than 10 billion of servings of beverages in ten countries. Our most successful brands in the countries where we operate are the world’s top four alcohol free sparkling beverages: Coca-Cola, Coca-Cola light, Fanta and Sprite. In response to varying consumer expectations, we extended our package and product range to more than 300 in 2008. In addition to sparkling beverages, we increasingly offer our consumers juices, waters, sports and energy drinks, teas and iced teas. We maintain call centers to respond to consumer feedback. Our suppliers include a large base of vendors who supply the CCI system with materials including ingredients, materials for packaging and machinery as well as specific goods and services. All of our agreements with suppliers require compliance to a strict set of guidelines and they must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the countries in which they operate.
Our beverages reach our consumers through a network of customers across Turkey, Pakistan, Central Asia and the Middle East. 620.000 sales points, ranging from small independent retailers to large international customers, sell our beverages. We aim to be the most valued supplier to these customers. Our customers vary widely to include large international chains of retailers and restaurants as well as small independent businesses and local vendors. Whether our customers are large or small, we actively work with them to create relationships that are mutually beneficial. When our customer grows their business, we grow ours. In addition, we provide support to our smaller customers to help make their businesses more efficient and profitable.
Our products
Today, in response to the changing needs and desires of our consumers, our product portfolio is much broader and includes diet sparkling beverages, juices and juice drinks, teas and iced teas, sports and energy drinks and waters. In addition to broadening our portfolio, we offer a wider range of package sizes to create portion-control options while addressing different consumer groups and occasions. To help consumers make informed choices, we place information concerning energy and nutritional elements on our packages. The recycling logo is places in all packages, indicating that the packaging materials are recyclable. Our diet products have notices that sweetener and phenylalanine are used, and products that contain caffeine bear the warning “includes caffeine.”
